The academy serves adults, children, and competitive athletes seeking structured combat development and physical fitness. Instruction at the academy is led by Head Instructor Robby Malof, whose Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lineage descends through the historical Oswalda Fadda branch of grappling. Ground coursework covers fundamental and advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, emphasizing technical escapes, positional hierarchy, leverage, and submission locks, taught by coaches including black belt coach Bill. Stand-up striking is directed by Muay Thai instructors including coach Konstantin, a black belt in Kyokushin Karate with over two decades of martial arts experience. Additional offerings include women's BJJ taught by coach Hannah, wrestling, mixed martial arts, and youth BJJ guided by coach Trey. Classes maintain an encouraging and disciplined atmosphere focused on technical mastery and student safety. Prospective students throughout Cincinnati can visit the Walnut Hills gym to observe training sessions and register for an introductory class.
