At BoxingAcademies (the "Site"), which is part of the JiuJitsuGyms network, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. We collect information that you provide to us directly, as well as information collected automatically during your use of our Services.

  • Account Information: When you register on our Site, we collect your email address, name, and profile details via Supabase Auth.
  • Gym and Listing Information: If you claim a gym profile, we collect verification details (such as business address, phone, email, and upload documentation).
  • Payment Information: All subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or process credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles all billing details securely.
  • Usage Data: We may collect data on how you interact with the Site, including search queries, page views, and stream logs.
  • Website Analytics: Vercel provides anonymous page views, countries, referral websites, campaign tags and device information. We measure public link clicks and search submissions without sending search text, account details or precise coordinates. Campaign tags may be kept in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes to measure related interactions; they contain no personal identifier. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for this analytics collection.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our Services, including:

  • Creating and managing your user or owner accounts.
  • Verifying gym claims and ownership rights.
  • Processing payments and managing subscription lifecycle events via Stripe.
  • Providing features such as user reviews, streaming access, and map visualizations.
  • Communicating with you regarding platform updates, newsletters, or customer support inquiries.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Platforms like Supabase (for database/authentication) and Stripe (for payment processing).
  • Compliance and Protection: If required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BoxingAcademies, the JiuJitsuGyms network, our users, or others.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Database access is secured via Supabase policies, and API communications are encrypted using SSL. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user preferences, keep you signed in, and analyze web traffic. You can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies, but some Site features may not function properly.
