The academy provides training across multiple disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, wrestling, and fitness kickboxing. Programs are structured for children, teenagers, and adult students of varied athletic backgrounds. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum equips practitioners with fundamental ground control, takedowns, positional escapes, and joint submissions. Striking classes cover practical Muay Thai kickboxing techniques, incorporating heavy bag work, pad drills, and conditioning exercises that develop cardiovascular endurance. Instructors supervise training sessions closely to ensure a controlled and encouraging learning atmosphere. Youth offerings feature Kids BJJ for children ages 5 to 13, where students learn self-defense fundamentals and discipline in age-appropriate groups, as well as Kids Kickboxing classes. Adults can choose between combat sports instruction and fitness-oriented kickboxing workouts.
