Fayetteville coaching and daily operations are headed by Bernard "Big Smoove" Oliver, a former University of Arkansas student, 2012 Mid-America Emmy student-category award winner, 2015 Title Championship super-heavyweight winner, 2017 to 2020 Arkansas State Golden Gloves heavyweight champion, 2018 Regional Golden Gloves Champion, and professional boxer whose coaching has helped programs such as First Punch and the Parkinson's outreach program thrive. The gym offers group boxing fitness classes, individual training, a free trial class, and a donation link to the Arkansas Boxing Foundation 501(c)3, a nonprofit that funds young Arkansas boxers to compete.
