Alex McFarland
Alex McFarland is a coach at Nolan Bros. Boxing & Fitness in Waltham, Massachusetts. She started in the gym's group fitness classes, then boxed as an amateur while learning from Matt and Mark Nolan, and after about six years her amateur career is behind her. Now she works ringside with newer prospects and veterans and leads some of the gym's fitness classes.
