Kirk Garrido is an owner of 2K Lab Boxing & Fitness in Abington, Pennsylvania. A USA Boxing Certified Gold Level Coach with USA Boxing strength and conditioning and nutrition certifications, a USADA Advantage certification and a USSF National E soccer coaching license, he spent over 15 years in corporate finance before partnering with his wife, Kelly, to open the gym.
